We want YOU to get involved in the Crescent Hill Community Council (CHCC). The CHCC plays a crucial role in fostering a connected and thriving community here in Crescent Hill. To continue our work, we need dedicated individuals to step up and take on key roles within our organization or at least dip your toe in the water.
Currently, we have several important positions that need to be filled for the upcoming year:
- Development Chair: This role involves securing donations to support our community activities. Those who donate can have their ads featured in our quarterly newsletter. Additionally, the Development Chair seeks sponsors for events such as the 4th of July Festival.
- Secretary: This role involves maintaining the list of Board members, taking and circulating minutes and agendas and being a member of the executive committee.
- Open Board Positions: Board members play a pivotal role in guiding the CHCC. Responsibilities include promoting our mission, attending board meetings and events, developing annual goals, and representing the CHCC to the Crescent Hill community.
These roles are not just about leadership; they are opportunities to make a meaningful impact on our neighborhood and build connections with fellow residents who share your passion for Crescent Hill.
Whether you have a specific interest in event planning, fundraising, community outreach, or governance, there is a place for you at the CHCC. Your involvement will help shape the future of our community and ensure that Crescent Hill remains a wonderful place to live.
