Two entries claimed the grand prize in the “Curbing Gun Violence in Jefferson County” competition. Both Lisa Austin and Michael J. Reed’s ideas were selected as the winners.

The Crescent Hill Community Council & City Leaders revealed  the results on Tuesday, January 23. Congressman Morgan McGarvey, Mayor Craig Greenberg and President of the Crescent Hill Community Council Cynthia Thomas presented $7,000 prize money, split between both winners. Organizers received more than 220 entries during the submission period.
