Mark your calendars for Saturday, March 30th for the Easter Egg Hunt on the grounds of the Peterson-Dumesnil House at 301 S. Peterson Avenue. At 10 a.m. exactly the hunt will begin so don’t be late!  There will be three separate areas set up for 3-year-olds & under, 4 to 6-year-olds, and 7 to 11-year-olds. Scattered in all three areas will be extra special eggs. Inside of these is a note telling you to bring them onto the front porch to trade them in to get a prize on the display table! Everyone is welcome so join us for a fun time! Before the hunt begins there is time for the little ones to enjoy a good story or two from the Crescent Hill Library story lady beginning about 9:30 a.m., inside the house.

March in the Parade with CHCC

After the Easter Egg Hunt, we will be participating in the Easter Parade along Frankfort Avenue. We will be meeting near St. Mark’s Episcopal Church about 11:15 a.m. approximately 15-30 minutes before the parade begins. Wear your Easter best and we will be walking in the parade giving out candy to visitors along Frankfort Avenue. It is a lot of fun greeting our neighbors! It’s a great event, especially when the weather is sunny! See you there!
