Historic Frankfort Avenue will host the F.A.T. Friday Trolley Hop. The FAT Friday Trolley Hop, held year-round on the final Friday of every month, provides FREE parking and transportation to participating shops, restaurants and galleries. The free trolleys run along Frankfort Avenue from Cannons Lane to River Road and many businesses will host special sales, live music and refreshments. The annual Easter Egg hunt will be held on the beautiful grounds of the Peterson-Dumesnil House on Saturday, April 20, 10:00am. Come early (9:30) for Story Time with one of our Children’s Librarians from the Crescent Hill Library. There will be Three simultaneous hunts by age groups for kids ages 11 and under.

Come enjoy this free, family-friendly event. The Grand Marshall, Bill Samuels Jr, Chairman Emeritus, Makers Mark Distillery. Includes Easter Bunny, Shriners, antique cars, dance teams, homemade floats, LOTS OF CANDY and more. Stay tuned for more information.
Please note that due to the Kentucky Derby Festival, the monthly meeting is held the second Thursday of May, instead of the first Thursday.

The Crescent Hill Garden Club will host its 25th annual Crescent Hill Garden Tour on Saturday, June 2. The tour will feature 10 of this iconic neighborhood’s unique and private gardens. Tour-goers will experience creative gardening in urban spaces, from organic gardens to butterfly gardens. The tour is a great way to spend a Saturday in beautiful surroundings while gaining design inspiration for your own outdoor space!
Funds from the tour are used to support garden and planting projects throughout the Crescent Hill area.
The tour starts at the Peterson-Dumesnil House located at 301 S. Peterson Ave., where tickets can be purchased for $15. You can also purchase tickets in advance at www.crescenthillgardentour.org/tickets.

This is a free annual neighborhood event held on the grounds of the Peterson-Dumesnil House at 301 S. Peterson Ave. There is fun for all ages including food, music, expired drug toss, door prizes, child I.D. cards & more. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community and provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.

In addition to the meeting with the Mayor, The Spirit of Crescent Hill Award will be given to deserving “Cheerleaders of Crescent Hill”. Refreshments will be served. This is the evening of our monthly CHCC meeting, starting at 6:30pm with the presentation of the Awards beginning about 7:15pm. The Mayor will be joining at about 8:00pm.
The annual CHCC Chili Night Out is open to the public and great time to meet neighbors and taste some amazing chilis. If you are interested in providing chili for the event, please contact Diana Gautier at firstname.lastname@example.org.
At the Crescent Hill Community Council Annual Meeting, new board members are elected. Anyone who is a resident or business owner in Crescent Hill and is current on their dues is eligible to vote.

Come visit with your friends and neighbors from Crescent Hill at the Crescent Hill Community Council sponsored annual Holiday Open House.
Santa will be stopping by to see all the good little boys and girls and loves selfies with the grown ups! The Louisville Mandolin Orchestra will be entertaining us in the living room with beautiful holiday music. In the dining room will be refreshments and desserts for everyone to enjoy. If you have a desire to bake your favorite dessert, we’ll make room for your treat. Please join us for this festive gathering. We’ll be looking for you!
Frankfort Avenue Business Association (FABA) is hosting the annual “Old Tyme Christmas” is Saturday. The trolley will run from noon – 8:30pm and carriage rides will be at Kennedy Park from 2:00 – 4:00pm. Have some fun on The Avenue and support your local businesses.
